The Language of Stamps

In days bygone, letter senders conveyed messages to their recipients with more than just their letter. Before the days of the established position of the stamp in the upper right-hand corner, the position of the stamp held its own meaning. So before you apply your next stamp--take careful consideration into how you place it! You may be telling someone to never write you again or for their hand in marriage! ;)

Letter Promt: Presidential

Happy President's Day from TGLR! What would you do if you were president? For this week's prompt, write a letter to someone telling them what your first act as president would be. Ask them what they would do. Send a "Presidential Letter" to TGLR and portions of it may be read in an upcoming video.

Letter Prompt: Valentines for Veterans

For this week's prompt, send a valentine to a veteran. It's a great way to brighten a veteran's day and to thank them for their service. You can mail your valentine to a veteran you know or you can check out the website for the U.S Department of Veteran's Affairs to find out information on locations, like veteran's hospitals, on where to send them.
'Till next time! Happy writing!
